The authorities claim that these measures are related to the low number of students in the educational institutions. According to the Ministry of Education, only 26 out of 77 vocational schools have the students required number.

Currently, 459 people work in educational institutions, which will merge with others. The Ministry of Education also said that only some people will get jobs after the reorganization. The rest of the teachers will receive benefits from the Labor Code provisions.
