European Commission Executive Vice President Roxana Minzatu will visit Moldova on June 9–10, focusing on key areas such as social rights, education, and employment.
According to the EU Delegation in Chisinau, Minzatu will co-chair the first Moldova–EU High-Level Dialogue on labor, skills, education, social protection, and child policies on June 9. A press conference will take place at noon alongside Minister of Labor and Social Protection Alexei Buzu and Minister of Education and Research Dan Perciun.
In the afternoon, Minzatu will meet with President Maia Sandu and Prime Minister Dorin Recean, followed by field visits to Criuleni and Zubresti village in Straseni district, both benefiting from EU support.

On June 10, her agenda includes:
- An open dialogue with students at the Technical University of Moldova
- Participation in an event highlighting EU support for higher education through the Erasmus+ program and the EVOLVE4GE project—an initiative by UN Women that combats violence, expands opportunities for women, and promote gender governance.
The visit will conclude with a meeting with the Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization. They will discuss strengthening EU–Moldova cooperation in sustainable development and new opportunities for citizens.
