The Moldovan government approved several high-level appointments today, naming new state secretaries and agency officials.
- Ludmila Stihii has been appointed State Secretary at the Ministry of Education and Research (MER).
- Natalia Selevestru becomes the new State Secretary at the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitization (MDED), where she will oversee the business environment. Deputy Prime Minister Doina Nistor noted that Selevestru, an economist, brings extensive experience from the financial banking sector and a deep understanding of business financing and investment.
Selevestru’s appointment follows the government’s acceptance of Catalina Plinschi’s resignation from the same position. The cabinet also approved the resignation of Rodica Crudu, former Government State Secretary.

In other appointments:
- Alexandru Argint was named Deputy Head of the National Archives Agency. Argint has worked at the agency since 2011, holding several leadership roles in recent years.
- Mariana Plaxivii was appointed Deputy Head of the Hancesti Territorial Office of the State Chancellery.
