The MFA condemned the illegal violation of Moldova’s airspace by two drones

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) condemned the illegal violation of Moldova’s airspace by two drones identified in the country’s southern region.

“We firmly condemn this illegal airspace violation, which resulted from Russia’s aggression against Ukraine. This action poses a security risk and disrespects our country’s sovereignty. Moldova will continue investing in national airspace security to protect its people from threats,” the MFA stated.

Last night, during Russia’s massive attack on the Odessa region, two drones flew over Moldova’s airspace. Authorities detected them in the southern part of the country.
