The USM and the University of the Maldives have signed an academic partnership agreement

The State University of Moldova and the National University of Maldives signed a partnership for academic and international research development.

According to a USM post, the agreement provides for cooperation on joint research projects, information exchange, and support for educational activities. It also establishes specialist training, organization of internships, and joint cultural initiatives.

During their visit to the Republic of Moldova, the Maldivian guests toured the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Sciences, where they met with Dean Victoria Bulicanu and USM Vice-Rector for Scientific Activities Georgeta Stepanov.
