Turkish Embassy in Moldova Alerts on Wildfires: Moldovans Advised to Delay Vacations

Authorities warn Moldovans traveling to Turkey about wildfires affecting several regions. The fires are spreading across the provinces of Aydin, Izmir, and Manisa in the west and intensifying near the Kavaklidere area in Mugla.

The Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Turkey advises our citizens currently in, passing through, or planning to travel to the region to check weather conditions and follow official warnings issued by authorities before making travel plans.

Diplomats urge Moldovans to remain vigilant in the affected areas, closely follow local media, and inform our diplomatic mission in Turkey if they are in high-risk zones.
