Castel Mimi presented a new wine, released on the occasion of the 130th anniversary of the castle’s founding. Negru de Bulboaca Grand Reserve is a blended wine created from Cabernet Sauvignon, Saperavi, and Rara Neagră grapes.
At the launch event, which took place at Castel Mimi, a select group of individuals were invited, including the US Ambassador to the Republic of Moldova, Kent D. Logsdon; the European Union Ambassador to Chisinau, Jānis Mažeiks; Japan’s Ambassador, Yamada Yoichiro; as well as businesspeople, media executives, and experts and connoisseurs in the field of winemaking.
The event was presented by Adrian Trofim, CEO of Castel Mimi, who proudly spoke about the creation of this unique wine in the Republic of Moldova, a process that required extraordinary effort. Regarding the launch, Adrian Trofim announced last month in an interview for Realitatea:
“On this occasion, we will launch a wine, which I can confidently say, none of our winemakers have put as much effort into creating as we have. We have prepared for a very long time. It’s called ‘Negru de Bulboaca,’ produced in limited quantities, and we will open it in a very exclusive circle on October 1st, with experts in the field of winemaking who will appreciate the high value of this wine,” Adrian Trofim stated on September 19th.
