The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova will welcome a delegation from the Romanian Senate’s Foreign Policy Committee from October 13 to 15. Titus Corlatean, the committee’s president, will lead the delegation.
The delegation will include Ion Marcel Vela, the vice president of the Romanian Senate’s Foreign Policy Committee, with committee members Cristian Bordei, Ion Prioteasa, and Alfred-Laurentiu-Antonio Mihai.
”The Romanian senators have scheduled meetings with Parliament President Igor Grosu, the Foreign Policy Chair and European Integration Committee Ina Coseru, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Mihail Popsoi.

The discussions will focus on the progress the Republic of Moldova has made on its European path and explore opportunities for cooperation with Romania to align national legislation with EU provisions and advance the negotiation process with the European Union,” stated the declaration issued by Parliament.
