The National Energy Regulatory Agency (NERA) Joins the National Campaign “16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence.” According to the agency’s leadership, this campaign provides an important opportunity to address gender-based discrimination faced by girls and women in society, within families, and at work, as well as to discuss the solutions that need to be implemented to eradicate this issue.
“We want to reiterate that no woman should face discrimination; she has equal rights. NERA serves as an example, showing that every woman in the workforce has the right to freedom, career advancement, and the ability to successfully balance her career and family life,” stated Galina Sanduta, the agency’s spokesperson.
