(VIDEO) Parlicov: “Premier Energy” and Romanian investors are interested in privatizing “RED Nord” and “FEE Nord”

Energy Minister Victor Parlicov said during the Rezoomat broadcast on Rlive that there is already interest from Romania and from “Premier Energy” to participate in the privatization of “RED Nord” and “FEE Nord.” The official also said that international partnerships are important for these companies.

“We are confident that they will be willing. I know several people who have shown interest. We would prefer to have an investor and a strategic partnership. And “Premier Energy” will be available for investment. However, we want to have a slightly more diversified portfolio. We also want to strengthen our strategic cooperation with Romania. In this direction, we would like to attract strategic investors from Romania. There is no final formula yet, but the signing of an international agreement is taken into account,” Victor Parlicov said.

Earlier, the energy minister said that the government was preparing the privatization of “RED Nord” and “FEE Nord” and was looking for potential investors.
