Diana Tacu has taken over as interim director of Apa-Canal Chisinau after authorities dismissed Irina Gutnic from the position of general director.
Apa-Canal Chisinau issued an official statement specifying that shareholders made the decision to terminate the employment relationship on May 12, 2026, during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
“During the period in which Mrs. Irina Gutnic served as deputy mayor, she remained suspended from the position of General Director of S.A. ‘Apa Canal Chisinau.’ Yesterday, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of S.A. ‘Apă-Canal Chisinau’ took place, where shareholders decided to terminate the employment relationship,” the company stated.
