Prime Minister Dorin Recean announced that purchasing electricity from Cuciurgan is not possible and will not be possible without guarantees that gas deliveries will continue uninterrupted. He made this statement during a TV show yesterday.
Recean emphasized that the Government needs firm assurances to prevent any disruptions in gas supplies before it resumes energy purchases.
“I don’t see who could provide such guarantees. Without them, citizens end up paying more,” he stated.
