A significant moment for winemaking in the Republic of Moldova has arrived. At an upcoming international exhibition, a wine will be unveiled that has been produced with the help of artificial intelligence.
“This year marks a historic moment for Moldovan winemaking: the production of “Celaris,” a revolutionary wine created with the help of artificial intelligence, combining the country’s centuries-old winemaking heritage and the most advanced technologies, was launched. Until 12 March, visitors are welcome to the Wine of Moldova stand to celebrate the innovative spirit, rich traditions, and authentic taste of wines. The annual exhibition is organised in Düsseldorf, Germany,” communicates the Ministry of Agriculture.

The event is also said to attract thousands of exhibitors, visitors, sommeliers, traders and experts from around the world. 51 Moldovan wineries are participating in ProWein2024, an international exhibition dedicated to the wine and spirits industry.
