Dorin Recean urges citizens to participate in elections on October 20, 2024. He said it at the beginning of the government meeting on Wednesday, October 16.
The chief executive urged citizens to participate in the polls and urged their family members and friends to vote. The Prime Minister reiterated the importance of participating in the presidential election and the referendum on European integration.
“Let’s ask for two ballots, one for the referendum, one for the presidential. And let’s vote. It is important to participate in this democratic exercise,” Recean said.

On October 20, three million Moldovans will go to the polls. They will have to choose one of the 11 candidates on the ballot paper and say whether they support the inclusion in the Constitution of our country’s EU membership goal.
