Time Management:

An audio signal will alert candidates ten seconds before their time for questions, answers, or replies expires.
The system will turn off the microphones when time runs out.
If a candidate speaks during the other candidate’s time, the system will disconnect their microphone.
If the candidate continues to interrupt with their microphone off, a distinct audio signal will indicate a rule violation, and the debate will resume only once the candidate complies with the rules.
Unused time allocated to the three stages will not roll over.

Additionally, Socialist Adela Raileanu, a deputy from the Bloc of Communists and Socialists (BCS), shared a document on social media with further details on the debate rules.

We remind that the second round of the presidential elections will take place on November 3, 2024.
