Citizens of the Republic of Moldova can register either a domicile or a temporary residence. Authorities define a domicile as the address shown in official documents, while a temporary residence reflects the place where a person actually lives.

If the two addresses differ, until September 3, citizens could declare their temporary residence to be included in the main voter list and vote in the localities or sectors where they live, for the parliamentary elections on September 28.

People who did not declare a temporary residence can request a voting certificate.

To obtain the certificate, visit verifica.cec.md and enter your INDP (personal code consisting of 13 digits). The system shows the polling station where the authorities registered you in the main list.
