On September 28, 2025, Moldovan citizens living abroad actively voted in the parliamentary elections. Centralized data show that the diaspora from Italy, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Romania – the top five voting centers abroad by number of polling stations – strongly influenced the overall picture.

Italy recorded the highest participation among these countries, with 79,828 votes cast in 74 of 75 polling stations at the time of reporting. The PAS won decisively with 77.68% (62,013 votes). The PPDA followed with 6.81% (5,438 votes), and the Our Party ranked third with 5.13% (4,096 votes).

Germany contributed significantly, with 38,012 valid ballots in 36 polling stations. The PAS gained 75.79% (28,809 votes), the Our Party secured 8.19% (3,113 votes), and the PPDA came third with 5.68% (2,160 votes).

France reported 25,489 voters across 26 polling stations. The PAS dominated with 76.94% (19,611 votes). The Our Party followed with 8.75% (2,230 votes), while the PPDA obtained 6.04% (1,539 votes).

In the United Kingdom, 27,434 citizens voted in 24 polling stations. The PAS again led strongly with 83.69% (22,960 votes). The Our Party came second with 4.79% (1,313 votes), followed by the Homeland Democracy Party with 4.21% (1,154 votes).

Romania registered 29,209 voters across 23 polling stations. The PAS achieved 88.12% (25,740 votes), Our Party followed with 2.51% (734 votes), and the Alternative Bloc ranked third with 2.00% (585 votes).

Overall, the PAS established itself as the main political force in the diaspora based on the results from these five countries.
