Fifty-five entrepreneurs have submitted complaints to Prime Minister Vasile Tofan regarding possible abusive state inspections. The announcement was made by the head of government after he launched the email address controale@gov.md last week to collect reports from business representatives.
At the beginning of the Cabinet of Ministers meeting, Tofan read several messages received from entrepreneurs who expressed concerns about inspections, regulations, and taxes they consider excessive.
“We are processing all of them together with the team. In just a few days, we received 55 messages. They keep coming. This allows us not to remain in the world of reports, but to understand the real situation on the ground,” Vasile Tofan said.
Following the complaints, the Prime Minister instructed Economy Minister Eugeniu Osmăchescu to identify solutions for reducing bureaucracy and preventing abusive inspections by September 9.
During the Cabinet meeting on July 22, Vasile Tofan announced the launch of the email address controale@gov.md, where entrepreneurs can submit complaints about state checks and inspections they consider unjustified.
