Moldova has been presented as a best-practice example for promoting a country at the Eurovision Song Contest during a workshop organized by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

The Versus Artist team participated in the EBU workshop on September 15 in Tivat, Montenegro. The event was dedicated to delegations participating in the Eurovision Song Contest. Moldova was the only country invited to present its promotional strategy during a session for other delegations.

Representatives of Versus Artist spoke about how the “Moldova is on Duty!” campaign was developed around Satoshi’s participation in Eurovision. The presentation covered the artist’s identity, digital content, relations with the media and fans, as well as communication with other delegations.

According to the campaign organizers, all these elements helped extend Moldova’s presence beyond the three minutes spent on the Eurovision stage.

“For us, the EBU invitation is an important recognition of the team’s work and of the way Moldova’s Eurovision presence was built,” representatives of Versus Artist said.
