Specialized services determined that two bomb alerts reported during the night of May 21 at Eugen Doga International Airport were false, according to the Border Police.
Authorities received the first alert at 00:31 and the second at 04:33. Border police officers responded immediately in both cases and evacuated passengers and airport staff in accordance with security procedures.
After conducting thorough inspections, specialists found no suspicious or explosive objects. Authorities stated that they managed the situation under full safety conditions.
Airport operations have now fully resumed and continue normally without disruptions.
