The head of Moldovan diplomacy, Nicu Popescu, leads the delegation of the Republic of Moldova to the proceedings of the 29th annual meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, which is held in Poland, the state that holds the current presidency of the organization.
During the meeting, the foreign ministers of the OSCE participating states will review and assess the security situation, as well as discuss the organization’s activity.
“I greeted this morning the head of Polish diplomacy, Zbigniew Rau. In the afternoon of today, I will deliver the national speech, where I will refer to the dramatic consequences of the brutal Russian aggression against Ukraine and the repercussions for our country; The Transnistrian problem – the withdrawal of Russian troops and ammunition stationed illegally on the territory of our country, the human rights situation in the Transnistrian region. The dynamic agenda of structured reforms aimed at strengthening the irreversible course of accession to the EU”, declared the Moldovan official.
