The 31st edition of the Grand International Wine Award MUNDUS VINI Summer Tasting brought remarkable results for Château Purcari – two “Best of Show” accolades for the wines Academia Purcari Saperavi 2019 and Sauvignon Blanc de Purcari 2021, the best white wine and the best Moldovan red wine in the competition, the title of “Best producer from Moldova” and eight medals, six gold and two silver.
The results obtained in this prestigious competition serve as a confirmation of the exceptional quality of Purcari wines and a precious recognition of the value that Château Purcari has in the wine world.
This year, the Mundus Vini Summer Tasting 2022 brought together a jury of 130 international experts from 33 wine-growing nations. They blind tasted and professionally evaluated over 4,185 wine samples, scoring wines that meet excellent qualities.
