Chisinau becomes today a meeting point for leaders and experts discussing the European future of the Republic of Moldova. The event “Reinvent Moldova 2.0,” organized by the Realitatea Media Group, brings together at MAIB Park a range of speakers from key fields—from politics and security to economy, civil society, and media.

The special guest of this edition is Charles Michel, who served as President of the European Council during the period when Moldova obtained EU candidate status. He will speak about democracy, as well as the challenges and opportunities of European integration.

The topic of security and resilience will be addressed by Ana Revenco, Director of the Strategic Communication and Disinformation Combating Center. The former Minister of Internal Affairs is expected to offer insight into how the state is strengthening its capacity to face modern threats.

The economic and digital dimension will be presented by Eugen Osmochescu, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization. He will discuss reforms, investments, and the role of digitalization in modernizing the economy.

From the civil society side, Daniela Vidaicu, Executive Director of the Soros Foundation Moldova, will highlight the importance of democratic reforms and civic engagement in a constantly evolving European context.

At the same time, the panel dedicated to trust in the media will feature Sergiu Toader, one of the professionals who contributed to the development of news television in Romania and Moldova. He will address the challenges of the media industry and the relationship between content, audience, and credibility.

The event is held in a TED Talk format and aims to become a major platform for dialogue, inspiration, and civic mobilization, bringing together relevant voices contributing to the transformation of Moldova into a modern, democratic, and European state.

“Reinvent Moldova 2.0” will be broadcast live on Realitatea TV and on the media group’s online platforms.
