In connection with the lack of precipitations and high temperatures, between July 19-26, the State Hydrometeorological Service warns that the rivers in the country will maintain low water runoff (except for some left tributaries of the Dniester River) and will be:
in the Nistru River – 30-40% below the multiannual average of July (Yellow Code);
in Prut district – 15-30% below the multiannual average of July (Code Orange);
in small rivers – 10-20% below the multiannual average of July (Code Orange).
A more serious situation is attested in the case of some sectors of small rivers (Trinca, Delia, Lăpușna, Cubolta, Botna) – 0-10%. (Code Red).
