In Stefan-Voda town, workers will clean and pave the bed of the Djalair River, build four stone bridges and landscaped green areas, and restore several architectural elements, including a fountain and a bell tower of German origin.
“The project aims to revive and strengthen the city’s cultural and historical heritage, turning the historic center into a lively hub for city residents and visitors,” the Southern Regional Development Agency reported.
The source states that workers will complete the project within six months, and the cost will exceed 8.7 million lei.
