Voters can request information about the organization of the constitutional referendum and the presidential elections on October 20, 2024, by calling the Call Center at the toll-free number 022 88 01 01.
The Call Center will operate from September 3 to October 22, 2024, and will continue until November 5, 2024, if officials schedule a second round of voting.
“During its operational period, Call Center operators will provide necessary assistance to those responsible for managing electoral lists within local public authorities, as well as to members of lower electoral bodies, ensuring the uniform application of procedures for managing and updating the State Register of Voters.
Voters can obtain information about the voting procedure, the documents required for voting, the allocation to polling stations, where and how to declare their residence, how to acquire a certificate of voting rights, and more.
The Central Electoral Commission states that the Call Center cannot accept complaints,” according to their press release.

The Call Center’s information line will operate Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. The Call Center will operate 24 hours a day during October 19-21 and November 2-4, 2024 (if a second round is needed).
