The leader of the “Our Party” faction, Renato Usatii, spent nearly all of his 2025 salary on security services, according to his asset declaration in the Republic of Moldova.
He reported over 618,000 lei in salary from the party he leads and more than 28,000 lei from his parliamentary activity. He also received around 3,900 lei as an annual reimbursement for medical expenses, along with 247 lei in interest income from a Moldovan bank.
The declaration includes a new property acquired in 2024—a house valued at over €98,000, obtained through an investment contract. In the same year, he purchased a Range Rover worth €177,000 and a Mercedes Sprinter valued at €62,000.
In 2025, Usatîi replaced a Breguet watch worth €70,000 with a Patek Philippe Cubitus of equal value. His collection also includes two other Breguet watches valued at €125,000 and €30,000.
Regarding expenses, he declared:
- €132,000 for tourism services
- €180,000 for real estate rent
- 640,000 lei for security services
- €176,000 and 27.8 million rubles for organizing events
- 1.5 million lei for philanthropic activities
The data highlights that security-related expenses alone nearly matched his total annual income from salaries.
