Dorin Recean spoke with Estonia’s Prime Minister, Kaja Kallas. The official from Tallinn expressed her country’s support for Moldova in the process of joining the EU.
“We spoke with Dorin Recean. Estonia supports Moldova’s path to the EU. We hope accession negotiations with Moldova, as well as with Ukraine, can be opened. EU enlargement is also our defense and security policy and the greatest economic convergence machine,” conveyed the Estonian Prime Minister.

In response, Moldova’s Prime Minister thanked Estonia for the support extended to our country. The head of the Executive also referred to the reform agenda implemented by Chisinau.
“European integration is the firm choice made by our citizens. Together, we build Europe at home, adjust legislation, and implement the necessary reforms to modernize the Republic of Moldova and improve the lives of people throughout the country,” stated Recean.
