Gas transport costs will increase. Vestmoldtransgaz has requested a tariff hike from the National Agency for Regulation in Energy (NARE), according to bani.md.
For entry points into the natural gas transportation network from interconnections with neighboring countries’ gas networks, the requested tariff is 11.157 lei per MWh/day/year, 46.2% higher than the previous tariff. For exit points from the natural gas transportation network to interconnected neighboring countries’ gas networks, the requested tariff is 12.901 lei per MWh/day/year, an increase of 58.5%. The tariff for transporting natural gas to final consumers would rise by 47.2% to 10.734 lei per MWh/day/year.
