Igor Munteanu, presidential candidate from the CUB party: “My task is to…”

Igor Munteanu will run in the October 2024 elections. This decision came after the Coalition for Unity and Prosperity (CUB) withdrew from the “Impreuna” bloc following the announcement of Octavian Ticu’s candidacy for the presidential election from that bloc.

On Sunday, August 11, the CUB National Political Council met. During the meeting, the party nominated Munteanu as its presidential candidate.

“My task is to set an example as a candidate who guarantees protection for ordinary people against deceit, against enemies of the rule of law, and opportunists. Our citizens need hope and respect,” stated the politician.
