Warsaw will host the 9th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Republic of Moldova and Poland. The event will take place on May 29th.
The parliamentarians will discuss external and internal security in the context of the war in Ukraine and the main directions and challenges in bilateral cooperation in economy, energy, and development between the Republic of Moldova and Poland. The agenda also includes discussing the conditions for our country’s accession to the European Union. The meeting will end with the adoption of a joint declaration.
Deputies Mihail Popsoi, Vitaliy Zhakot, Valentina Manik, and Alexander Trubka will represent the Parliament of Moldova in the Polish Sejm.
The first parliamentary assembly of Moldova and Poland was held in Chisinau on July 25, 2011.
