On September 9-10, the Latvian Minister of Justice Inese Libina-Egnere will pay an official visit to the Republic of Moldova at the invitation of Veronica Mihailov-Moraru, Minister of Justice.
The justice chief said she will discuss justice reform with her counterpart.
“We will have a meeting at the Justice Ministry to discuss issues of common interest and we will participate in the Forum on Justice Reform and Fighting Corruption,” Mihailov-Moraru said.

The Latvian delegation’s agenda includes meetings with key Moldovan officials, such as Janis Mazeiks, Ambassador of the European Union, Domnica Manole, President of the Constitutional Court, and Superior Council of Magistracy representatives. Minister Libina-Egnere will also hold talks with Veronica Rosca, Chairperson of the Parliamentary Committee on Appointments and Immunities.
