President, Maia Sandu, participated online yesterday, August 23, in the second edition of the Crimea Platform, organized by the Ukrainian authorities. There she delivered a speech lasting over 4 minutes, condemning Russia’s aggression.
In her speech, Maia Sandu expressed her support for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
At the same time, the head of state condemned the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and expressed solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
Also, Sandu spoke about the fact that our country showed solidarity and welcomed the Ukrainian citizens, who suffered because of the Russian aggression in Ukraine.
This year, among the participants of the Crimea Platform are the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan, the President of Poland, Andrzej Duda, the representatives of Georgia, Greece, Lithuania, Romania, Croatia, Italy, etc.
We remind you that Maia Sandu also participated in the Crimea Platform 2021 summit, which is why she was highly criticized by some local politicians.
