Maia Sandu leaves for Davos, Switzerland. The head of state will participate, between January 17-19, at the World Economic Forum, the Presidency announces.
Sandu will meet world leaders and high-level officials from several countries. Meetings with representatives of the business environment are also planned.

This year marks the 53rd meeting of the forum. The announced theme is “Cooperation in a fragmented world”, and the event will address several current topics in the world.
On the agenda are discussions about ways to solve the current energy and food crises, but also potential solutions for the current geopolitical risks, including those in our region.
