The Media Policy Forum 2024 aims to bolster the development and sustainability of Moldova’s media sector within the context of the European Union’s Enlargement Policy. This annual event convenes to address media-related issues, brainstorm potential solutions, and outline necessary actions for improving the legal framework governing media in the Republic of Moldova.
By bringing together diverse stakeholders and international experts, the forum facilitates collaboration to tackle pressing challenges concerning press freedom and freedom of expression and enhance Moldova’s media laws and regulations.
This year’s forum, “Supporting the Development and Sustainability of the Media Sector in Moldova in the Context of the European Union’s Enlargement Policy,” will take place on May 23, 2024, in Chisinau. Registration for the event is open online until May 20, 2024.
