Moldelectrica – Part of the European community of electricity transmission

The state-owned enterprise ‘Moldelectrica’ has become an observer member of the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E) after signing an official agreement to that effect.

Thus, Moldelectrica has become an integral part of the European community of transmission system operators, aiming to share knowledge, promote innovation, and contribute to sustainable energy infrastructure in Europe.

“Joining ENTSO-E represents a significant milestone for Moldelectrica and will contribute to strengthening relations with electricity transmission operators in the EU, as well as active participation by Moldelectrica in the development and implementation of European standards and practices in the energy sector,” stated a press release from the Ministry of Energy.
