A British delegation, led by Justin McKenzie-Smith, is in the Republic of Moldova. Officials participate in the second round of the Strategic Dialogue Republic of Moldova – United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The representatives of the United Kingdom were welcomed by Nicu Popescu. The head of the diplomacy from Chisinau spoke with them about security cooperation and strengthening resilience.

“Great Britain is an important strategic partner of the Republic of Moldova, with whom we have close cooperation in the field of peace and security and which supports us in strengthening our capacities in the internal affairs sector, defense and strengthening resilience to hybrid threats,” says Popescu.
The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Moldova noted the dynamism of the high-level bilateral dialogue. He also referred to our country’s desire to intensify economic relations with the British.
