Moldova will be represented by six athletes at the Olympic Games in Paris. Among them is archer Dan Olaru, who previously represented our country at the Olympic Games in London (2012) and Tokyo (2021).
Canoeists Sergei Tarnovski, Daniela Cociu, and Maria Olăraşu will also compete in France. The former participated in the 2016 and 2021 Olympics, while the girls competed at the Tokyo Olympics in 2021.

At the same time, Anastasia Nicita and Irina Ryngaci will represent Moldova in the women’s wrestling competition.
The Olympic Games 2024 will be held in Paris from July 26 to August 11. The opening ceremony of the Olympics will be held for the first time in history, not in the traditional stadium, but on the river Seine. The event will be attended by about more than 600,000 people.
