The Public Services Agency announced that its subdivisions will operate from 7:00 to 21:00 on election day, September 28, to issue temporary identity documents.
Moldovans over 18 who lack the required documents for voting can request temporary IDs or collect those already issued. Authorities will provide temporary identity cards free of charge.
The Agency also confirmed that citizens who applied for an identity card between August 28 and September 25, 2025, can collect their documents by September 28, including on election day, regardless of the order processing time or the fee paid.
