Moldovan wines don’t need a visa in the US? Our wines were presented at the 10th Moldovan-American Convention

Moldovan wines have reached Washington. Americans and Moldovans tasted them at the 10th Moldovan-American Convention (MAC10). 

The event brought together over 250 members of the Moldovan diaspora in the US. Also present were Moldovan government representatives and American officials.

“During the event, the National Office of Wine director Stefan Iamandi underlined Moldova’s commitment to quality wine promotion in the US. The official also mentioned the efforts to facilitate the access of the Washington DC diaspora to the diverse selection of Moldovan wines available in the United States,” reads a statement issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAIA).
