National Reintegration Program: The Government is Funding 30 Projects in Communities within the Security Zone

The government approves a list of 30 projects that it will fund in the Security Zone in 2026 as part of the national reintegration program. The investments will modernize educational, medical, and social institutions and will improve cultural and sports infrastructure in local communities. Authorities also aim to strengthen community resilience and improve energy efficiency in public institutions.

In education, the projects include the renovation of the roof of the “Lucian Blaga” Theoretical High School in Tiraspol, the purchase of two school buses, the repair of the cafeteria at the “Stefan cel Mare” Gymnasium in Molovata, and the upgrade of sanitary blocks at a kindergarten in Rezina.

In the social and healthcare sector, the projects include the rehabilitation of the heating system at a center for elderly people and persons with disabilities in Cocieri, the equipping of the Rezina Health Center, and the renovation of a family doctors’ office in Dorotcaia.

At the same time, the executive provides financial support to farmers from the Dubasari district who face fees when crossing checkpoints in the region.

According to official data, between 2011 and 2025, authorities implement 15 reintegration programs through which they finance more than 600 projects with a total value exceeding 218 million lei.
