The Chairman of the Special Commission for Monitoring and Parliamentary Control over the Reintegration Policy of the Republic of Moldova, Roman Rosca, and the Secretary of the Commission, Artemie Catanoi, met with the representative of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), Bernard Blanc.
Andrew Painter, the UNHCR protection officer, and representatives of UNHCR Moldova attended the meeting at the UNHCR-Moldova headquarters.
The discussions focused on cooperation between Parliament and UNHCR in reintegration policies. The officials also explored efforts to protect the rights of citizens on both sides of the Dniester.
