Peacekeeping mission: Moldova sent 41 military officers to Kosovo. For the first time among them are women

The National Army has sent the 20th contingent of peacekeepers to the KFOR peacekeeping mission in Kosovo. For six months, 41 soldiers will guard military installations and patrol the area of responsibility.

For the first time, four women soldiers will take part in this peacekeeping mission.

The Moldovan military will be part of Regional Command-West and deployed at the Camp Villaggio Italia military base in Peć, Kosovo.
