Polish PM to Meet with Moldovan Government and Presidency

The Polish Prime Minister will be received by the Government and Presidency of the Republic of Moldova on Thursday. The announcement was made by the spokesperson of the Executive, Daniel Vodă.

Previously, the Invest Moldova agency announced that on April 5, Dorin Recean and Mateusz Morawiecki will participate in the Moldovan-Polish economic forum. According to the Government Agenda, however, on Wednesday the Prime Minister of Moldova will have a trip to the Criuleni district.

“Poland is a firm supporter of our country in the EU. The bilateral agenda will be addressed, with an emphasis on boosting commercial-economic ties. (…) Ahead of this visit, a Moldovan-Polish business forum will take place”, announced Daniel Vodă.

Regarding the forum, the organizers announced that the event will be attended by representatives of the Polish and Moldovan authorities, as well as of the business environment from both countries. The meeting will be dedicated to strengthening cooperation between the two countries in the sectors of renewable energy, road and railway infrastructure, and the agri-food sector, followed by the signing of memoranda between representatives of the authorities of Poland and the Republic of Moldova.
