The printing of mail-in ballots for the Republican constitutional referendum and presidential election on October 20 begins.
The Central Electoral Commission begins the process today, at 12:30 pm, at the Central Printing Office at 1 Florilor Street, IPN reported.
According to the provisions of the Electoral Code, representatives of electoral competitors, media, and accredited observers can be present during making the ballot matrix, printing the ballots, and destroying the matrix.
