Republic of Moldova Advances EU Integration in Talks with Estonia

The process of European integration of the Republic of Moldova and the reform agenda of the Government were the subjects discussed today during the online meeting between Prime Minister Dorin Recean and Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas, reported by the Government’s Communication Directorate for MOLDPRES.

The Head of the Cabinet of Ministers expressed gratitude for Estonia’s unconditional support in the irreversible path of our country’s European integration, including through the exchange of experience and the dispatch of experts in priority areas: justice, combating disinformation, and hybrid threats.

“European integration is the firm choice made by our citizens. Together, we are building Europe at home, adjusting legislation, and implementing the necessary reforms to modernize the Republic of Moldova and improve the lives of people across the country,” Prime Minister Dorin Recean mentioned in the discussions.

Prime Minister Kaja Kallas reaffirmed the Estonian government’s support for our country’s European agenda and expressed readiness to further develop bilateral dialogue in areas of common interest.
