Romanian investors from Moldova donated more than 8,000 kg of food and hygiene products to the needy

On Christmas Eve in a new style, the Association of Investors from Romania (AIR) in the Republic of Moldova, together with the Consulate General of Romania in Cahul, donated over 8,000 kg of food and hygiene products for socially vulnerable people in the south of the country. The donations will reach the homes of more than 800 children, the elderly, and other categories of disadvantaged citizens. The action is part of the fourth edition of the “AIR de Sărbători” charity campaign.

“We are happy that this year too we managed to bring joy to our hearts and those around us through good deeds. With the help of parishes in the south of the republic, food and hygiene products will be distributed to socially-vulnerable families in several localities,” says the AIR message.

The Bishop of South Bessarabia, Veniamin, blessed the AIR team and thanked them for the gifts given to all those who need help.
