Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu will arrive in Moldova

Romanian Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu will arrive in Moldova on Wednesday, June 21, writes ecopolitic.ro.

It is worth noting that a few days ago, Dorin Recean was in Bucharest. According to Moldovan government representatives, it was a private visit, and that is why there were no official press releases, reports Realitatea.md.

“The prime ministers discussed the process of Moldova’s accession to the EU, security problems in the region against the background of the brutal aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, as well as many topics of interest for the close bilateral relations between Moldova and Romania. Also, one of the main topics was the economic cooperation between the two countries, including the concrete support Romania offers to our country for modernization and on the way to accession to the European Union. At the same time, the officials discussed joint projects that are on the agenda of the Chisinau and Bucharest prime ministers,” government spokesman Daniel Voda explained.
