Statements at the Government – Separatists Will Pay Taxes If They Restart Industry

The separatist authorities will pay taxes if they restart industrial operations. The government spokesperson, Daniel Voda, stated this.

According to him, Chisinau established the conditions for gas supply to the region when it participated in negotiating fuel supply contracts. At the same time, the official reiterated that the constitutional administration does not pay for the gas currently delivered to the region.

“If the information about the restart is confirmed, the Prime Minister and government officials have discussed the introduction of competition taxes. We need to ensure fair competition for companies on both the left and right banks,” Voda emphasized.
