Moldovan students will still be able to benefit from scholarships in educational institutions abroad. The law approving the Agreement on the Central European University Exchange Program (CEEPUS IV) was published today in the Official Monitor.
The Agreement was extended for seven years. The document encourages the participation of students, researchers, teachers, and administrative staff in academic mobility, research programs, internships, or professional activities in higher education institutions in the contracting states of the Agreement.
The document establishes that the Republic of Moldova will also offer scholarships to foreign nationals.

The Agreement on the Central European University Exchange Program (CEEPUS IV) was signed last year in Warsaw.
Between 2011 and 2023, 275 Moldovan citizens received scholarships in the countries that signed the Agreement. At the same time, our country hosted 255 foreign scholarship holders.
The Republic of Moldova has been part of the Exchange Program for University Studies in Central Europe since 2011. The countries of the Agreement are Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.
